Orphan's Hope - Emergency Appeal
Dear Friends and Supporters of Orphan's Hope,
Thank you for so many good things you
have made possible for over a decade, in the lives
of orphans in our care and the orphanages we help! Every week
orphans who have no one else to care for them, are receiving food,
clothes, homes, education, and much more through Orphan's Hope.
We are in the most difficult time of our existence, with
significant
impact from the economy. On Friday I was praying with tears and
discouragement: "God please
send help to us before the end of the month." The next place I went on a
personal errand, a family had already made out a check to
OH for $2000! We are so thankful to God for families and individuals
who are caring for orphans with us.
We still urgently need financial breakthroughs big and small, for the children's care and vital operational needs.
It has been a very hard year, lacking resources and shorthanded,
but we are seeing orphans loved and their lives forever changed.

Every month that Orphan's Hope exists, many good things are
happening.
This week
six Singaporean families donated for eleven high quality dairy cows for
the children's nutrition and sustainability at our Garden Home
orphanage.
In July two U.K. churches sent
monthly support for Myanmar orphanages that are struggling. One U.S. donor has also been giving generously to build a
new house at Garden Home so more children who have lost both parents
can have a home. Funds were also just in time for our OH Ukraine
youth camp that started on the Black Sea this week.
As always, we are grateful for every donation and your prayers for
Orphan's Hope. We are also especially praying God will move some
people to give us a bigger breakthrough so we can see a stronger
future.
Every 10 seconds we lose a child to hunger (more than malaria, HIV,
and TB combined). Every week Orphan's Hope has
orphanages with
many children asking us simply for food and basic needs. Please help
us.
