Funds are still needed and partners welcome to
help.
- Baby "Grace" is our
newest addition to our Garden Home orphanage. She came to
us at one month old. Her mother died in child birth and
father died of malaria.

- Over 2000 young people and children
came for camps at Garden Home in April 2011. It was a highlight
for children from the orphanages.
- Our
farm is about 15 minutes from Garden Home, with a total of over 75
acres now. A new 1.8 acre fish pond
has 5000 fish. Another pond has about 10,000 talapia
fish. 100% of all fish and income go to
help the orphanages, many of which are really struggling.
Work is being done to expand our fish farming ponds, as partners
help us. We have a very good opportunity to expand.
- Completion of our youth center in Simferopol,
Ukraine was delayed due to lack of funds but should be complete
by this fall. It will be a hub of activity, with programs
both for teens who have left the orphanages and children still
living in orphanages.
- Wesleyan High School
sent another great team to work with Orphan's Hope for
the fifth year now and plan to work with Orphan's Hope in 2012. They work with us in the orphanages, with
the teens in our transition program, helped with renovations for
our new youth center, and gave funds.
- Our beautiful new transition home in Ukraine is up an running. A donor gave for
purchasing, interior finishing, and furnishings of the this much
needed home for girls and boys coming out of the orphanages.
- 50 Orphanage House
Parents and Staff came for Leadership and Family Training to GH. OH and Singapore leaders began a
series providing of courses for Orphanage Directors, Staff, and
Families, on building quality families
that last and raising children. It is very important to
provide a good example for the many orphans in these homes who
have lacked families. We are thankful for our friends at ROLC in
their generous giving and volunteer teams working with us.
- Relief food provided
every month this year to homes without food in Asia. Almost
every day we have homes coming to us that need food to feed the
children.
- Land purchased for
Anna Orphanage. A very big thank you to our
partners from the United Kingdom who made this possible.
Funds were donated again this year from a Singapore
church, to cover Orphan's Hope office rent
for one year in Yangon, where we have many activities including
our sewing school for teenage girls from the orphanages which is
on our first floor, English and computer classses, and weekly
prayer times with orphanage directors on Fridays.
