My wife and 2 sons (12 and 8 years of age) were immeasurably blessed by our participation in the Orphan’s Hope Team that went to Ukraine in December of 2004.

We are first hand witnesses to the effectiveness of the ministry of Orphan’s Hope.

Steve Cassidy is a gifted leader and mentor to his staff over seas as well as a loving and nurturing role model, teacher and friend to the
orphans. We witnessed the great love and concern that Steve and the OH staff has for these unfortunate children. They invest much more than just their time for these kids, they invest their lives.

The OH Staff genuinely loves these children and have a relentless desire to help these kids see opportunities for their lives that they would never otherwise have. Their passion and love for the orphans was so evident as our family worked beside them. They aided these children on every level - physical, emotional and, spiritual needs. The OH Staff is driven to bring the reality of God's love to these forgotten children.

I was especially moved by the testimonies of the teens and young adults who are currently in the OH transition program. These young men and women were previously living in the difficult conditions of large orphanages. Typically they have to leave the orphanages at the age of 15 or 16,  and most end up in tragic situations.

The Orphan’s Hope transition and education program is set up to empower these kids to become healthy contributing members of their society, that honor God. It gives them hope, confidence, and tools, to handle the unique challenges of orphans and grow as young adults, to be the people God made them to be.

My family has been forever altered because of our trip to Ukraine with the Orphan’s Hope team. We experienced God’s stewards faithfully working to help these children have a better life.
